Seeing % breakdowns in my diary - help please

Can anyone tell me how I can view my fat/carb/protein intake by % on my diary?
I keep reading I should be 30% carb, 30% fat & 40% protein split - (I am close to maintenance & Crossfit/lift weights), but how can I reconfigure my diary to show these percentages?
