What is your resting heart rate?

You should have your thyroid checked. It may be overactive.
Normal resting heart rate should be between 50's and 70's.
Incorrect. Normal HR is 60-100.0 -
A lot of these seem low, but then again I have anxiety so maybe 120/86 isn't so abnormal.
i think my heart rate and bp run high because of my anxiety. if im at home where im less anxious, all of my numbers seem pretty normal0 -
At the beginning when I weighed 336 pounds it would be around 100 or more just sitting on my butt, watching tv. Now it is usually around 50.0

It used to be almost 90 when I was heavier and didn't run. Now I run obsessively and my resting HR is in the mid-50's.0

It was always 104 bpm, but after being put on blood pressure meds it now runs mid 80's. Blood pressure shot up to 190/115, before that it ran about 130/90, now it stays around 110/70. Working on getting all that straightened out, and hopefully off the meds.0

My resting heart rate is about 65, but during exercise its a very sad 160-180. Hope it improves as I improve my cardio.0

50-53.... it was about 60 even at my most un-fit. However, I am also Hypothyroid.0

Lying down, mine's about 56; sitting up, it's about 62; standing, it's about 70. When I was rowing crew, it got as low as 40; that was fun.0

Resting was 55 last time I remembered to check first thing.
Usually around 65 sitting at desk at work.
Just as important is how quickly it returns to "normal" after exercise, I've seen mine drop from over 150 to 75ish in under a minute at the end of a cycle.
Currently 75, jsut calming down after a day MTBing.0 -
Usually low-mid 60's in the morning. I caught it once at 59 in a meeting at work a couple weeks ago
What does everyone use to check? I use an iPhone app called Instant Hear Rate it checks your finger with the camera and LED.0 -

Just tested mine, I'm even at work right now, and it's 56. That makes me really happy considering the history of heart disease my family has. I'm going to check my blood pressure later but I did have coffee this morning. (And I haven't had it in ages so even a medium roast was strong, I've felt like I'm on drugs all day, first super speed and now just content and happy.)
Feels good but I do need an actual checkup.0 -
