So low in calories...
Yes, I know they're loaded with salt. Still. I need something I can eat that doesn't "count," and won't add 100s of calories.
Anyone else have something they don't count?

I don't count anything 5 calories or under, such as apiece of gum, crystal light, etc. But, I also set my goal 100 calories less than I should be eating to balance it out.0
-
I don't usually enter spices (other than salt) unless I'm using the Recipe Builder.
I don't enter Crystal Light either, although I possibly should be as I drink a lot of it. Might have to change that.0 -
i used to not count the butter for my tortillas. since its like barely a smidge. lol. i used to not count pickles but now that i'm counting sodium i do. i dont count gum or vitamins0

I usually don't count celery, about 7 cal.0

"No calorie" sweetener, mustard, ketchup. I do count low fat mayo though becaust I like to use the full serving. Yummy on tomatoes! I wouldn't count pickles either, but I would count olives because they have fat.0

I don't count my homemade, unsweetened iced tea.0
-
I don't count most sauces on my food, as long as I know that it's not going to affect my fat/sugar numbers too badly. People probably think I eat plain cooked fish and such when they see my diary, but I cover that stuff in all sort of spices...just can't be bothered to add something that doesn't really matter to me right now.0

I don't count celery or apples because they are negative calorie foods.0
-
I somes don't count my Stevia, and some things like red pepper flakes or dried cilantro. I count everything else though because I am kinda OCD, heh.0
-
i count everything except when i sprinkle on salt or pepper. unless i'm making a recipe on here, then i do include them. everything else, including herbal tea, goes on my diary.0
-
I don't log anything labeled as calorie free (diet coke, spices, gum) nor do I log vitamins because that would deter me from taking them... lol0
-
I don't usually count spices that I add to cooking. Or herbal teas.0
-
Spices, gum, the occasional diet soda.0

 CRUMBS DON'T COUNT!!!0

I don't count condiments unless it's mayo or a high fat dressing (so mustard, ketchup, relish). If it's a slice of a tomatoe or a few pieces of lettuce on a sandwich it doesn't make the list either lol.0

Mineral water, 1 calorie for 250ml and frankly I couldn't be bothered logging it for such a piddly amount!0
-
I do log my daily vitamin, but it comes up as zero calories. My fish oil supplements come up as 10 calories, and I log those as well.
I don't log my sun tea with truvia, and I don't count it as part of my water consumtion either
I do log in my pickles too, but as others said, for the sodium content.0 -
Coffee and my daily lunchtime Coke Zero.0

I thought there was no such thing as negative calorie foods?0 -

Yes there is. I saw it on Dr. Oz. And he's a Dr. So he knows what he's talking about.0 -

Don't believe everything he says, money is his first concern and I have caught him on a few contradiction. He gets paid $$$$$$$for his endorsements and he is not keeping good track of what he endorses versus what he preaches. There are no such a thing as negative calories.0 -
I generally don't count spices.0
-
The only things I haven't added are gum and mints. I add everythining. Including spices that have any type of calories, evoo spray.0
-
I count spices unless it's just a shake or two and can't really be measured.0

That's awesome!0 -
I count everything. Even mints. I know 5 kcals isn't a huge thing, but it's a pricinple for me. I know a lot of people who don't track how much sodium they actually take in, like when adding salt to foods. Then they don't know why they can't shed weight or are always bloated LOL. Spices are good to count, if you use more than 1 tsp, because of the potential micros.0

I don't count BACON That would be a sin!0

I'm sort of amazed that anyone would consider counting spices at all. They just can't be a significant source of anything.
It seems to me that that unavoidable errors involved with counting calories makes anything less than 10 or so just not worth dealing with.
Of course, that doesn't mean 20 pieces of candy at 10 calories each should not be counted...but lettuce on my sammy? Nope.0 -
I log pretty much everything.
A typical apple has around 100 Calories. It's not a negative calorie food. Celery isn't negative calorie either, though its calories are pretty negligible. However, if you eat a habañero, that's probably a negative calorie food due to its chemical properties. Same with coffee.0
