Hey friends!!
So I have the workout DVD and want to start it soon (when I find the DVD).
I'm just wondering, what sort of things do I need for it? Like weights, a Matt ect?

Hello!
You'll need some light weights, and a mat. You can find the videos on youtube for free. It's my 4th day and I've really been enjoying it.0 -
Just a mat, hand weights and a very positive attitude!! LOL
Jillian makes it look so easy but for the first couple of days it may seem difficult to keep up...stick to it and as @kybreaker says it is a lot of fun. It's a great way to measure your success and improvement over the 30 days.
