New and want to say hi! :)

Hi everyone!
Yesterday was my first day on, so I just wanted to say hi!! I'm currently overseas w/ my spouse who's in the military. I love to workout, but I tend to overeat and wanted to try the online food diary to try and keep myself in check/see what foods work best for me. I love weight lifting and cardio and am attempting to do my first marathon by the end of the year...we'll see how that goes! :) I'm hoping to make connections on here to help stay motivated and share tips. I don't really know a lot of people where I just moved to or speak the language yet, so I love that I can still connect to people interested in health and fitness through this!
