I sometimes walk on the treadmill at the gym only 30 minutes on cardio program when I am done I feel very dizzy and disorientated.
Has anyone got any tips for fixing this...?
BTW I sometime watch tv and some time just stare at the controls I get the same symptoms

A. It's hard to say over the internet. You might want to ask your doctor. That doesn't mean it's necessarily something really bad. I get dizzy like that sometimes after working out because I have naturally low blood pressure.
B. Did you eat enough before exercising?0 -

I like when that happens! It makes me feel kind of high lol. If it's bothering you though, you should talk to your doctor.0
