    This was truely and incentive to me. I was at 237 pounds. I went down to 229. I dont think this was much because i have been working out non stop for the last 26 days. I have not dieted though but i have not ate more than i did before. So i am a little discouraged. I will also take a before and after picture. I hope my after looks as great as yours in seven months. Way to go. I dont know you but I am sure proud of your determination.
