How do you forget about a gym crush?

Well.. I've never really had a gym crush. I don't pay too much attention to other people when I go to a gym, I just stretch it out, do my work, and check out. Then again, I've never been to a privately owned/town gym, it's always been like Planet Fitness or some big corporate digs.
But I HAVE had a crush! And I'll tell you right now that the best way to get over one is to resolve your feelings for what they are; physical attraction that turned into an emotional one from too much longing. You don't know that person. That person might be way too handsy on the first date or not handsy enough on the eighth. They might kiss weird. They're probably just some regular person, with a regular life and regular faults. They're like you, but not you. There's no reason to feel sad or ashamed about liking them, even if they are taken. So look on if you want; looking's free. But don't let yourself be too bummed out. Just smile because you have some eye candy to peek at while you're lifting and remember that you might be someone else's 'gym crush'.0 -

My memory is crap so I'd forget pretty much instantly :laugh:0

Find that person's flaw and concentrate on that. It'll start to annoy you and at some point the crush is gone. It always works for me. I know it seems a bit weird , but believe me it works!!0
