      Your post is my situation to a 'T". Well, the before you at least. I went to the doctor with a killer pain on my legs and ankles and weighed 254. He referred me to a weight loss clinic in the local hospital. My goal is 25 lbs when I really need to lose at 90-100 lbs. It is overwhelming to even think about those numbers but here I am...trying once again to lose the weight for good.

      I also lost 6 lbs my first week but 90???

      You are an awesome inspiration. Thank You for showing me that it can be done.!!!!
