I am stuck....weight loss plateau or whatever. Needle is not budgeting. I am trying to eat more. I usually net 600 calories or below except on weekends when I exercise less/rest. I eat 1200-1300 calories and burn around 600-900 a day. I do cardio everyday. I do 2 times weights + pilates on saturdays I don't know how to eat more I tried yet end up eating only 1300-1400 calories. I am trying to increase my workout intensity as well. Any suggestions/help for me? I do indulge like a two pieces of dark chocolate or perhaps a slice of pizza.0 -

Wow!!! It is only 9/4 and we are already on part two! We may need to think about moving this to the group section, but I love to keep this accessible for those just starting, so they can get into a challenge easily. What do you think?
