  • I just started reading and following Bob Harper's new book The Skinny Rules...more of a lifestyle change than a just a weight loss plan...something that I can actually live with and is realistic. Good Luck on your journey!!

I honestly make sure I fill my day with veggies and fruits and use the app to make sure my meals are around 350 calories. (I check before I put it in my mouth haha.) Cook my own food and look up recipes and make sure my portions are good. I feel it's the best way to stick because you can pick what you like :)

What she said, my meals are around 500 cals, but my recipes are very plain & simple, like salad or steamed fresh veg, Avoid processed food if possible, but unfortunately cheap filling processed food is often more readily available than cheap fresh fruit & veg
