I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1. Does anybody have a very close guesstimation as to how many calories are burned in her 20 minute workout? Thanks!!

  • I was looking for the same answer. After googling I came up with only around 125 calories after the 20 minutes. BTW! I love that DVD!

It depends on your weight. I track it as general circuit training and that's generally what people say on here to track it as. GREAT DVD, I LOVE it!!! Kicks my butt every time and I've been doing it since Nov.

I just put it under circuit training-general. Your son is cute! Mine turns 2 tomorrow, he just smooshed banana into the carpet... crazy boys.

It will depend on your fitness level, how much effort you put in, etc...

    I burn an between 200-250 for level 1. 5'0 125 lbs.

Well Im 5' 4" 167, so i am guessing based off the circuit training on here, i lost roughly 200 cals.

Everyone keep up the good work :)

I am 5 4 and i burn around 250-300 calories for level 3. I like to burn at leasts 500 cal per workout, so I end up doing some cardio afterwards...wish these would burn 500 so i don't have to :)
