Fitness Gimmicks/ Scams. Let's list them....

There are so many gadgets and gizmos on the market. Let's get a list going to see how many we can come up with.

I consider a "gimmicky gadget" one that is usually cheaply made, uses chiseled fitness models in the commercials, promises huge results, but delivers very few.

Read all through the list before posting your idea so we don't get a bunch of repeats. Here we go:

- Thigh Master

    The vibrating platforms. My MIL has one and I genuinely laughed at her when I saw it in the living room. They're scamtastic.

    ^LOL, for sure.

    The "Rack" the walker that you bench press or whatever, HA!. TapOut videos, GSP's video (Sorry GSP, still luv ya'), expensive Creatine powders, any fat burner that claims to "melt the fat off", and anything Jillian Michaels.
