I'm in the middle of a big setback

So a couple of weeks ago I posted about losing my balance and slamming into a fence during TRX suspension training. My shoulder has been hurting since and this week I realized it's not just bruised or sore. I think it might have torn my rotator cuff because to keep myself from falling i grabbed the fence and it pulled my arm pretty bad. I'm going to get it checked out by a dr. asap.

Anyway, so right now I'm doing a lot of strength training and with my shoulder jacked, I'm just not sure what to do. Any upper body strength training that doesn't strain the shoulder too much or do I just need to stop?

    If you're going to a dr. asap then I would ask his/her advice, as it will be better than anything you'll hear on an internet forum.
  • I know doctors were better than forums. I've already done without for 4 days and won't be able to get in for 3 more days. I just didn't want to lose my momentum.
