What does bump mean?

Hi Everyone,
I just started on this program and have been reading the message boards. Just wondering what bump means. Help me learn this lingo :) Thanks

    "Bump" doesn't actually mean anything, it just moves the message back to the top \ start of the message board, meaning it is now the first message to be seen again. Any message added will do this though. Eg, when I finish this message, this whole message thread will be the first on the message board again :)

    Also, if you put bump or any comment it will then show up on your home page and you can find it again later if you want to see the comments.
