Hi I'm new to this group and have just started so I can loose the last of my baby weight, finding it really good so far, but I was told I should get extra calories as I'm still breast feeding, is this true and how would I set this up? Thanks

Hello,
If you are full time exclusively breastfeeding, you'll need an extra 500 cals a day, I hav seen someone enter it in on a diary as "Exclusive BF - 500 cals" and it minused it off, I think they must have enter -500?
