    AMAZING! Can you share with us if you have loose skin issues? And how long it took you to lose the weight?

    Oh, my heavens yes. You don't lose 177 lbs at age 50 without lots of loose skin. I am very lucky in that I didn't carry a huge amount of weight in my gut so I don't have a big panni apron to deal with. I do have loose belly skin (look closely at my after and you can see it pooching out a little because I will NOT wear compression garments) but the rest is spread out. The worst is my arms and legs - I have lots on my thighs and upper arms and even a little on my lower legs and arms. I deal with it by wearing Bermuda shorts and elbow sleeves.

    It has been close to 2 years now.
