Getting fit for trapeze

I've done it a few times (25 lbs heavier) and I know it will be easier just from the weight loss, but I want to tone up arms and abs. Ideas advice appreciated. I'm going to do it in 3 weeks.

    How funny, I did that workout yesterday! Bodyrock workouts are great for cardio days, but I never consider them a strength workout.

    ETA: Strength training with heavy weights will make you stronger (and push-ups, if you can't already do them) but toning is really just losing body fat so that you see the muscle underneath.

    Trapeze is all about momentum. Getting more fit is always good, but not really necessary for trapeze.

    thanks all! Last time I felt like I couldn't do as much as the lighter ladies, but I will definitely work on STRENGTH for the next 3 weeks...should be doing that anyway but it always slips off my exercise to-do list...
