Change it around a little... Join a class... Zumba, martial arts, horseriding, indoor rock climbing, swimming, kettlebells pole dancing fit, yoga.
There are a plethora of activitys that you can incorperate into your fitness regime, mix it up and live a little

enlist a friend to join you in your gym time. You'll end up dragging each other. Really, motivation is fickle, you can't always count on it. So you just have to adopt the Nike motto - just do it. I have t-shirt that says, no excuses - just do it, and sometimes that's the only thing that gets me going.
  • I do home DVD's, try Turbo Fire or Chalene Extreme I love these videos and Chalene Johnson keeps me motivated.
  • Do something different. If the weather is nice, go for a run, bike ride. Try to find a friend to go to the gym or outside. I stopped going to gym about 3 weeks ago, hubby wanted to do p90x together. Although I am tired and have to change into work out clothes as soon as I get home or my butt gets glued to the couch, I really enjoy working out with him. I've finished p90x before, he hasn't so I enjoy seeing it with his fresh eyes.

Another option would be to switch up the times you go, can you go before work (or after) instead of when you are going now?

Finally, motivation has to come from the inside, you have to want to go/be active. Sometimes I need a break, I go hard 6 days a week (two a day's four days a week) and occasionally, I just need to take a couple days off.
  • I like to always do something different. Also looking in the mirror gets me motivated cause its a YUCK! LOL. I do circuit training so its fast and keeps my attention. But I also love to dance so I did zumba for months, then zbox, pole dancing and now I am going to start belly dancing on Monday. I also starting geocashing which is fun and gets me off my butt on the weekends. Staying motivated is hard then it leads to overeating for me. Lots of days I have to really talk myself into going to do the circuit and after I'm done its likes "wow why did I not want to come cause I feel good" - but I do know that consistancy works! Good Luck!
