When did you get more energy?

Just curious. I still have to push myself to do a decent amount of exercise, and I don't have a lot of energy. When did you notice a change?

  • For me, it took about a month of exercising before I noticed a significant increase in my energy level.
  • I'm on week 3 of exercising (have been calorie counting for a month on the 30th) so I hope it's soon. I have been trying to remember to take my iron and multi-vitamin too, hoping that might help as well.
  • I don't know if this is good or not, but I have been taking a single metabolife, but only on the days where I want to work out extra hard or a little bit longer. It helps!

    I have fatigue from time to time as well.

    My energy is okay with exercising (after 2-3 weeks), its having interrupted sleep at night that ruins my energy in the morning. But, taking a short nap never hurts :)
  • I started gaining energy after 3- 3.5 weeks of exercise.
