I've only had this stupid piece of *kitten* for two and a half days, and it's already DEAD. It's fully charged and won't respond to the damn button and now it WILL NOT RESET. I've been trying to reset it for the past hour, and it won't sync to any of my computers. This has got to be a new record. I paid 100 bucks for a little plastic clip that is the biggest disappointment I've had in a long time. I was already having an awful day and couldn't think it could get any worse, but guess what?! IT DID. THANK YOU FITBIT.

    I just got one of these this weekend and it would not respond to the button right out of the package. Fitbit's customer service suggested to running a toothpick lightly around the groove of the button or hitting it with quick spray of canned air, in case there was dirt in it. After doing this I have not had any further problems with the button.
