I saw someone make one of these a while ago and it was so inspiring. So i thought id make my own in hopes that it will motivate me for life.
So here we go i hope it inspires you too
100 Reasons To Be Fit
1. To feel energized.
2. To feel strong.
3. To have enough stamina to get through the day.
4. To feel confident.
5. To live a long life.
6. To be able to eat and not feel guilty.
7. To be happy with my body.
8. To be happy with myself.
9. To sleep like a rock.
10. To wake up feeling rested.
11. To be a good influence on my friends/family.
12. To be a good influence on strangers.
13. To only improve with age.
14. To prevent cancer.
15. To prevent heart disease.
16. To have strong bones.
17. To practice will power.
18. To set goals and accomplish them.
19. To relieve anxiety/depression.
20. To love being in bikinis/underwear.
21. To love shopping/wearing lingerie.
22. To love having my picture taken.
23. To go shopping anxiety free.
24. To be a hot mom.
25. To be someones stunning wife.
26. To be proud of myself.
27. To feel great on a night out.
28. To feel great when i get dressed up.
29. To outlift guys.
30. To be everyones "fit friend".
31. To breathe with ease.
32. To have a tight little body.
33. To have defined muscles.
34. To always have a healthy fat percentage.
35. To always be in the healthy weight range.

38. To never need an unnecessary preventable surgery.
