Pretty much any bean or lentil in the bulk section. Right now I am loving the anasazi beans.
The whole grains I favor are raw buckwheat groats, steel cut oats, millet, amaranth, quinoa and brown rice.
I try to get to the farmers market every weekend. There I will buy all my produce, collards, chard, kale, lettuces, spinach, parsley, cilantro, jicama, tomatoes, berries, apples, pears, avocado, potatoes of all kinds. etc.
Also, at the grocery store I will get seasonings and vinegar and any other produce that I may need at the moment.0 -
For breakfast:
-old fashioned oatmeal
-rice milk
-blueberries
-chia or flax seed
egg whites
After exercise
-protein powder
-skim milk
-fruit, typically banana or strawberries
-coffee
Other meals
-rye crackers
-smoked salmon

Eggs, meat, tuna, leafy greens (especially spinach), onions, animal fat to cook in, cayenne pepper, tabasco, heavy cream (for the coffee).

KANGAROO! omg if you HAVEN'T tried it, please do. Hit me up for some awesome tips. I eat it 2 times a week.
Yogurt - Full fat, not fat, whatever. I go by the flavours over most things. As long as it's no/low added sugar and good bacteria.
