The chocolate fudge pudding cups help..
A small peice of rich dark chocolate..
Remember one small peice of something you really want unless it is a trigger food...
Will take care of most cravings.
Trigger foods like tons of carbs or really salty can cause you to go way overboard....0 -
Melt some dark chocolate, dip strawberrys in the dark chocolate and refridgerate... Your welcome0

I live in Australia and the Lindt Dark Chilli Choc we get here is heaps more calories than that! I want some of yours!!! 2 calories is less than a stick of carrot!

I eat chocolate, really dark 80%, quite low in calories. Tesco Value Chocolate Mousse 90 cals a pot or I have Nutella spread thin on rice cakes and banana. The chocolate spread satisfies your craving and the banana fills you up x0

I modify a recipe I found here: http://dashingdish.com/recipe/peanut-butter-protein-cheesecake-mousse-for-one/
2 tbs Peanut flour (or 1 tablespoon peanut butter, which would add about 60 calories)
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
2-4 pkts Stevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)
1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese (or plain low-fat Greek yogurt)
For the Crust: 1 graham cracker square, crushed fine (This is optional)
I use greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese (lots of protein but fat free!) and add about a tablespoon or so of cocoa powder...very yummy.0 -
You know, it doesn't help me to see the words "craving chocolate". It's like shooting myself in the foot every time I step into this forum, lol0

I buy chocolate chips and eat one at a time. I make myself get up and walk over to the kitchen to get each one too! And lately I've been having 1-2 squares of cadbury (since now I'm eating 1500 instead of 1200, I think I can afford 30-60 cals of really good chocolate most days.0

Pretzel m n m's, or just a tablespoon of choc chips do it for me-also low those skinny cow desserts-candy and ice cream0

Not sure if anyone else already posted this, but next time I'm in your situation I'm making THIS

I bet you could put it in muffin cups to set without the crust and make little individual cheesecakes to freeze for emergencies.0 -

Yeah I didn't think 2 calories sounded right either! If that were the case I would be scoffing whole bars of the stuff! Yum! :drinker:0 -
Skinny Cow has a whole lot of chocolate sweet treats for around 100 cals. Yummy too.
(I didn't read all the replies so sorry if this is a repeat)
I just had a Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp Peanut Butter bar with my lunch and it was delicious! Like eating a cross between a Reese's cup and a KitKat.
For one bar it was only 110 calories, 6 g of fat, 14g carbs, and 9 g sugar.0 -
Check out Arrow Mills brand Cake and Brownie mixes. They are gluten free...low in fat and yummy especially the brownies!0

I usually do the medifast chocolate bar. Great taste, helps produce weigh loss and low calories0

I usually have a greek yogurt as my snack each day...makes my gurd tummy feel better. On chococraving days, I add 2 tablespoons of semi sweet mini chocolate chips. (I think it is less than 50 calories worth.) It is especially good with strawberry and vanilla flavors.0

Low-Fat Choc. Peanut Butter Fudge
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
2 cups canned pure pumpkin
1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies Mix (the 18.3-oz. Family Size box)
2 tbsp. Better 'n Peanut Butter, room temperature
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pumpkin with the brownie mix in a large bowl; stir until smooth (do not add anything else). Spray a small baking pan (6 x 6 inches or 8 x 4 inches work best — no larger!) with nonstick cooking spray and pour in the mixture. Spoon 2 tbsp. of Better 'n Peanut Butter (room temperature) on top and use a knife to swirl peanut butter around. Cook for approximately 35 minutes. The batter will remain very thick and fudgy, and it should look undercooked. Remove from oven. Cover with aluminum foil and let cool in fridge for a couple of hours. Cut into 36 squares and serve.

I like dark chocolate. But when it's one of THOSE emergencies...NO PUDGE BROWNIES!!! Seriously those things are amazing...really rich and delicious. Plus you get to bake a little bit, which is always fun.0

Cool Whip Pnut Butter Treats
Minutes to Prepare: 5
Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients
1 small tub Cool Whip Free, thawed
3 Tlbs Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky)
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, Sugar Free
Mix the Cool Whip and peanut butter together. Spoon into 12 lined cupcake tins. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and freeze. Each cup in Weight Watchers was worth 1 point. Sweet treat that satisfies that craving. I like it without the syrup and that saves a couple calories.
Number of Servings: 120 -
Canfield's makes a sugar free chocolate soda.0

Frozen dark chocolate chips! I put a bag in my freezer and forget about it half the time, the other half, I can reach in and take a few if I am craving.
I do this exact same thing. After a small portion of this, it really curbs the cravings... in fact... I think I should get some right now. Its about that time!0 -
I love Dreyer's slow churned no sugar added ice creams, as well as Jell-o sugar free pudding cups.....all taste so good, and hit the sweet tooth right on the head0
-
Almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia sweetner- like a hot chocolate!
