I'm new here. Struggled with my weight all my life. I am a guy who is 34, 6' and weigh about 276. I carry all my weight in my belly, face and thigh areas. Struggling with an addiction to Mountain Dew, sweets and endless snacking. I joined a local 24 hour gym today. I work afternoons (12+ years now) and I am NOT a morning person so working out will be at night.

I have always really liked healthy foods but my problem is that I am too lazy to cook it, do the dishes etc....So I end up with processed, sodium filled crap to eat. Anyway, that's about it. I joined to meet some people and keep motivated and get out of this funk that is called my life, all while losing weight. Sounds good reading it, just need to get off my butt and GO!!

    You've taken that so important first step and oh how I used to love Mountain Dew...you can do this, you can lose the weight if you really want to. I'm doing it and feel GREAT...good luck
