I just finished a hard workout at the gym.......but I haven't eaten yet today. How long do I have to eat some protein before my anabolic window closes? I don't want that workout to be for nothing.

That is a GULDURN LIE! Don't listen to this fool! You must eat with in 20.25 minutes or it will just be stored as fat in either your stomach or thighs (depending on gender). The only way to prevent this is to focus on spot reducing exercise.
Good luck on your journey!0 -
It's too late bro. you might as well not have worked out0

Oh, you can spot reduce. I see commercials with experts explaining it all the time. All you need is a phone and a credit card.
Chia Seeds and raspberry Keytones do melt fat, but I know of a product that will really get you going. PM me if you would like more info.0 -

No, that 20.25 minutes is too long. But, everyone is a special little snowflake and, due to genetics, may have a longer window than others. Maybe even up to 12.8 minutes versus 9.6 minutes. See, your window is just silly.0 -
You guys crack me up. :P0

Where are you getting your numbers from?? I got mine from an internet specialist that has an online program that calculates this for each of us. WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT!0 -

I get mine from this guy at the gym. See, I know he's right because he told us once that he was losing weight and building muscle like crazy while only eating 500 calories a day and drinking this magic shake. Oh, and he always wore a blue hat when he worked out. Then one day he couldn't find that blue hat and wore a green hat. The next day he told us he gained twelve pounds of pure fat. It had to be the green hat. To this day, I will never own a green hat.0 -

Hahaha... I don't ever read interesting posts or research articles. I just read the thread title, and immediately respond with "everyone is a unique snowflake"0 -
I'm not an expert, but I play one on the internet.
I think if you are hungry, eat.

Ah...there is the problem. While he is correct about the window for him, it is because he is eating so many calories and using an inferior shake. I know of this product that works with a lower calorie level while also increasing your window to allow you to eat normally. PM me for more details.
Also, you should also avoid yellow hats. The yellow interacts with the blue in the green and actually inverts the properties of the blue hat and then increases the effect. Its all in the science.0 -
OMG the "tone" in some of these replies is so spot-on that it's scary.0

I didn't think of that! Wow, you seem smart because you use big words like "interacts" and "properties". I think I'll follow your advice.0
