insanity people, is the rest week needed?

it is my wedding in 35 days and i have been doing insanity to tone up for wedding. im on the third week and if i was to skip the rest week i would finish it the day of my wedding!

will it make any difference skipping the rest week??

    The rest week isn't really a rest at all :) Try it for one day and then decide from there

    i just wanted the best results fast haha so i dont have to stop with a week left as i will be away the week after wedding so cant finish it!
