My First Progress Pics (from 30 DS)

I did the 30 day shred, took the weekend off and then started Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism 3 days a week and No More Trouble Zones for 2. I am on the first week of that. I lost one inch on my hips. I can not weight for another 2 weeks (I sent the scale away with my husband on a work trip so that it would not stress me out!) but I can tell I lost a pound or two. It's not a huge change, but there is a noticeable difference, mainly in my hips. My shorts are fitting much more loose. My butt is lifted a bit, my tummy is bit smaller. Just all over gradual improvement. I can't wait to see what another few months will change. I know this small of a change was only from about one month of counting calories and working out 5 days a week, but if this happens every single month, it won't be too long before I am at my goal. I know my pics are not awe inspiring like so many others on here, but I still love looking at everyone's progress pics so I wanted to share mine in case it helps anyone else who is in about the same place as I am.
I can't seem to get this pic to work correctly. You can use the link to look at it though or view my blog post

Wow that's great! Thanks for sharing! I'm currently on day 17 of 30 DS so this definitely motivates me to stick with it. I measured before starting and plan to measure at the end too but can already tell a difference in my hips. You're right it's all about those small changes that overtime lead to big changes!0
