2 pounds a week

Hello! I am new here and just wanted to get involved. I had a baby 8.5 months ago (Wow! How time flies!) and have put off losing the baby weight. Let's just say I did not do a good job of eating/exercising while pregnant. I have had excuse after excuse of why I can't work out/eat better. Now I am giving myself a goal of my son's first birthday to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight. If I lose 2 pounds a week, I will make it. I know that will be tough, but I am eating healthy meals and working out daily. I am looking forward to the support of this board!

Welcome! :flowerforyou:
2 pounds a week is a *very* aggressive goal and may actually be unrealistic for someone who doesn't have a huge amount of weight to lose. Be careful not to undereat and don't be too hard on yourself if the weight comes off a little slower.
You can do this!0 -
