    I'm a cheater SHHHHHH! !!!! I LOVE finding similiar ladies :) !!!

    I'm 5'7"... 42 years old... Not large-framed, but I have curves and hips. "Athletic" has been used to describe my build.

    I haven't seen 135 since I started my job 13 years ago. Had my now-12-year-old son in the middle there and never lost all of the baby weight. Trying to get 'hot' because my 25-year high school reunion is next year (and because I want to be healthier in the long run)!

    Any tips on how to slim out a "thick body"? I dont want to lose curves but i do want to lean out more. I am doing a high protein low carb meal plan and doing high cardio and weights 5-6 times a week

    Hi ladies! I'm 5'7", too!!!

    201 with a goal weight of 150. I'd really like to see if I could get to 135 or so eventually. I'm 32 and I just started a boot camp, diet, and tracking again this week. I'm 7 days without any sodas which is big for me because I used to drink two 20 oz. each day.

    My low weight has been 145. I am very active, I am currently bouning between 150-154, I work out at least twice a day, i do my best to track what I eat, any suggestions, add me if you like, I would like help.

    I'm 39 and started trying to lose weight around the end of July. I really want to look better by my 40th birthday, at the end of December.

    I'm pretty sure my GW will change to 135 once I get to the 145. I have a small frame. I really just wanted to be able to go to the doctor and not have them put the disk up to the 150 mark, plus some. I was always comfortable in my body and then I had a baby. She's 15 months old and I weigh less now than I did when I got pregnant but feel way worse about how I look. I had a c-section and it wreaked my stomach. I do most of my workouts using my Wii. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works 6 days a week, long hours so getting to the gym is near impossible.

    GW: 160 - this may change but I would just like to get back to this.

    Last time I can remember being even close was in March 1996, 3 months pregnant with my first child and I was 162.5. I had been doing WW before I got pregnant and was so sick while pregnant I continued to lose even though I stopped the program. I would like to be in a size 12 pant more than I want the pounds to come off. I want to look better! People can't see the scale, they can see me though. If I can look better, I will be happy! :)

    I got down to 125 in college but I looked sickly, it was way too small for my frame and it was incredibly hard to maintain! My body seems to like 135-140 the best. I have a LONG way to get back there again though :o(

    I'm pretty sure the lower end of the "health weight range" for a 5'7 woman is right around 120 pounds, so you might not want to lose too much more weight.

    good god, if I was 120 I would look like a crack *kitten*.

    The number on the scale isn't that big of a deal to me, but to fit into some of my favorite clothes again...
    It's one of those "I'll know it when I fit" things.

    Just started MFP earlier this week. Hope it can keep me on track with exercises and NOT EATING JUNK!
