    I am doing a Biggest Loser style competition at a local gym that started last week. Lost 5 pounds the first week and I hope to at least lose 20 more by the end of the 12 weeks.

    I'm setting myself goals in chunks so that I don't get too depressed and quit! I don't want to look at my final number and go Eeeek, look at how far I have to go yet! Instead of Wow, look at how far I've come! So, I'm currently celebrating every drop on the scale and ignoring the times when it flucuates slightly, as long as it's back in the right direction the next day or two later. ;o)

    28# in 3 months is pretty darn good, I think. But, I would love a way to motivate my broken body into moving more and losing better! Any help here is deeply appreciated. Let's go ladies!

    I am 5'7". My high weight was 192 and my goal weight 140. Current is 140.
    I am now maintaining but I have huge muscles on my arms, legs, and almost have six pack abs. My lower abs are still being stubborn! LOL!
    My body fat percentage is 22% . . . .

    I'm 5'7" and I'm back down to my pre-preggo weight of 145 but want to tone up and feel better in my old clothes. I currently run 3-4 miles 2 times a week, do HIIT once a week and toning work 1-2 times a week. I really need to work on my calorie intake.

    Started MFP day after superbowl 2012. Did well, but losing and gaining same 4 pounds all summer. Time to kick it into gear. Love to run and doing a half in November. Also Dragonboating so need to gain strength. Believe in quality , not quantity, so will make sure I'm there to help motivate as long as you help motivate me :)

    Oh and taking raspberry keytones gnc it gives u energy to run and makes u feel good!!!!

    Ive lost alot of weight fast and now i love working out and eatting right.

    I'm curious what everyone else's calorie goals are too. Mine is 1410 (what MFP gave me).
