    Can these be frozen and reheated? We have chickens, and sometimes get way too many eggs during the summer, then not very many during the winter. I would love to be able to make and save to eat during the winter months.

    Yum! Always looking for make ahead foods! Do you freeze them?

    We haven't tried freezing them yet, since we just made them yesterday. But I'm sure they'll be eaten up fairly quickly, so not sure I'll have a chance! :) Let me know if you do and how it works out!

    These look so yummie! I make a similar one with spinach, but can't wait to try these. I have frozen this type of food before and take one or two out in the a.m.. By the time I get to work it's defrosted and heat up in the same amount of time. They freeze beautifully! But, you're right, they usually get gobbled up within the week.
