Hi there! I'm new...been doing mfp for almost 3 weeks now. I tried it a while back and gave up after the first few days. I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it so far. I hope I can keep it up! Some days it's a struggle but I'm just taking it one day at a time. Have a great weekend everyone!

Feel free to add me. I think the biggest key to success is to have the support team in place. And until I joined MFP, I never had that. Since joining, I'm down 28lbs and I love the motivation and support I get from my MFP friends. And I try to do the same in return. Cheers!0
