Caffeine: What does it do to you?

I take it with ephedra. There are many benefits to caffeine.0

Um, nothing.0

I had to quit to kick a diet soda addiction, but when I occasionally have a soda, it makes me jittery, my skin flushed, and gives me about a 30 min period of alertness/ADD type behavior.
More past the initial buzz and it does nothing that I can pick up.0 -
Makes me happy.0

I don't know what it does to my appetite - I only take some (coffee) about twice a month, so I can't make proper judgement.
I do know that I'm super sensitive to it. One sip of some coffee and I'm flying off the walls!0 -
I have an allergic reaction when I consume too much. So yeah, it doesn't do anything pleasant.0

It keeps me awake and focused, and let's face it... Addicted to coffee. I can't seem to cut back haha.0

It brings me joy and prevents me from killing my co-workers or punching my loved ones in the face.0

I have a really strong reaction to caffeine. It causes me to be jittery, and my mind races so much, I start to feel nauseous (and at times have even thrown up from it), so it actually reduces my productivity and causes me to want to go to bed until it leaves my system. It interferes with my dancing because it makes me shaky (that impacts my balance), so I can never have any caffeine on a performance day (except some green or white tea hours before). I can still have it in small amounts, but I just need to watch it. I rarely drink coffee. I drink white and green tea. I don't drink soda. I do eat chocolate. One time I tried those caffeine pills and it was awful. It was like a drug to me and I could not focus my mind and I felt so sick, I had to sit down a lot, my heart was racing.0

makes me not hungry, gives me a headache, makes me nauseous, keeps me awake for hours.
no seriously..hours....like 1 8oz cup of coffee in the morning and i cant sleep that night.
the only time i really use it, is when we have our all night gaming nights, which is like twice a year. other than that, i dont touch the stuff.0 -
I can have 1-2 cans of diet coke a day, plus one coffee, but then I have to go onto decaf. Any more caffeine and I will either get a headache or I end up hyper active. When I used to smoke, I could drink all the coffee I liked with no ill effects.0

Makes a great pre-workout stimulant. A 200mg tab gives you an extra boost in the gym.0

It definitely wakes me up. But if i have too much of it, then i get dehydrated, and then the shakes start. No Bueno!0

Caffine used to make me jittery. When I started my weight loss I would only have one cup of coffee in the morning. Weight loss was slow at first. I started drinking diet sodas and ice coffee and my weight started coming off. I cant know for sure that the caffine helped but I think it did somewhat. Still drinking it and it no longer gives me the jitters.0

Never noticed caffeine affecting my appetite (I wish it would make me eat less). I definitely need it (often) to get through a day. But I have noticed that if I have a lot of coffee before I work out, I am jittery, lots of energy but jittery at the start, and then I have an energy crash earlier than I would expect. So I think I need to cut down my pre-workout caffeine.0

I've recently become a bit of an addict here, working to wean myself to just 1 cup before a workout and maybe 1 more cup if the social setting calls for it.
It makes me feel alert, but can also cause a tightness in my chest and shallowness of breath when I drink too much. A stressful situation combined with the coffee is not a lot of fun. I'm pretty sensitive to it.0 -
It brings me joy and prevents me from killing my co-workers or punching my loved ones in the face.
hahahaha! THIS!!!
I only get mine in form of diet soda.. not coffee or tea, and I've cut my soda back to half this last month. It's been a little tense at my house...0 -
It kills my cravings for chocolate. If I am hungry, It supresses my appetite for like an hour and then I am really hungry.0

It does nothing at all, except taste good.... unless I chug 3+ Monsters -- and yes, I know that's how people die from caffeine. As long as it's not a habit, I don't care how unhealthy they are :ohwell:0
