side effect of a medication

I haven't had any side affects, though I was almost always in one hot flash after another. That has gone away almost completely. They double my dose to 40 mg daily. At 20 I saw no change but at 40 I'm in the b-room every 15 - 20 mins for about 3 hours then it tapers off. Bur I do drink about 3-4 cups of coffee at work only plus 3-5 glasses of water during that time.

Are you taking them with lots of water. I was told to drink 6-10 ounces of water when I take them. The swelling in my legs & feet have gone away except for the days I forget to take them.

How long have you been on them? You may need to talk to your dr or his nurse.
