Upper body strenght training with little equipment

So until I get really serious about doing weight lifting I have a pair of 20 pounds dumbell and a 15 pound kettlebell and the exercise mat.... looking for basic routine videos that I can watch while I do them... easy to begin, web sites or actual DVD are fine since the TV room is where I do my workouts
