This week I am going to stay within my calorie budget AND in addition to my normal 6 day excersize routine, I am going to walk/jog/run for 45 minutes while on my lunch hour.

20 minute walk Monday through Friday (during my lunch break)
5 X 10 crunches MWF
Jump the entire Jump Around song at Badger Game Sat (2.5min) and walk to and from stadium from my parking spot (0.8mi)
Sunday water my plants, rake leaves and put in three new mums. Digging the holes are hard work!
5 X 10 leg lifts(each leg)0 -
working out at least 4 times this week. i've fallen off my workout schedule since i started my new job0

I was sick all last week so my goal is to get back into heavy-strength and cardio schedule and run 12miles this week.0

To workout every day and smash 500 to 800 calories a day !0

I have been exercising 6 days a week (only walking/jogging). The main jog I do is 2.2 miles, I can only actually jog half of it. I want to be able to jog the whole thing by Saturday. So that is my goal.0

To go to the gym twice
Do 5 days 30 day shred
Burn 3500+ calories
Eat sensibly

To avoid the scale till Friday and see a 2lb decrease.

To just exercise and have fun with it. Eat right as much as possible. Trying to lose 4 lbs by the end of this month!0

Start C25K and work out a strength training routine that I will actually be able to stick to :-))0

To not fall off the wagon and eat candy or chew sugar gum! To try to stay within my calorie range! To get in all of my planned workouts I have written on the dry erase board for this week!0

want to beat the hubby in how many steps we have taken this week (we both have a fitbit). he does PT everyday though and sometimes run up to 5 miles, so its gonna be a challange...0

This week I'm going to stride to keep my stuff in the green, except sugar, it won't happen because I like fruit.
Also since I'm recovering from foot pain, and it's starting to go away, I want to get back to the gym and prepare for a mud run on the 23rd. I won't be running, just cycling, and no weight training that will involve use of feet. But my goal is to get back into the gym and get moving!0 -
To "up" my cardio so i can get close to losing 30lbs. in three months. (Crossing fingers)0

To do-
20 jumping jacks
20 push ups
20 crunches
2- 60 second planks
-both in the morning before I get ready for work and at night before bed. This is in addition to the workouts I already do. I just wanted to add a little extra!0 -
To buy two more sports bras and run seven miles in a day. I've fallen off, I'm only running three or so now.0

Drop 10lbs of water before i go on holidays0

On top of my 3 planned days of exercising do more at home0

Elipitical 65 mins a day 6 times a week, rest on Sunday
Strength, 5 reps of 10 of the following 4 times a week
Abdominal crunches, bicep curls, rows, leg curls, leg press, push ups.
Total of hr and half at the gym.
And 20 mins of walking 7x a week.
Under 1200 cal. A day under 60 carbs daily.
Ultimate goal drop 25lbs by Thanksgiving!

At least 3 days doing something strength related ie. pushups, squats.
Been focussing too much on cardio and neglecting my muscles0 -
This probably doesn't sound like much... I want to up my time on the elliptical from 20 minutes to a whopping 25 minutes (and by doing so, increase my mileage, not just go slower to go easier on my burning legs)! I've been going on it at least every other day to get my quick cardio in and it's getting a little easier, so I would like to up my time this week. I would also like to get my lazy butt in gear and get back on my C25K schedule. I'm only on day 2 of week 2 and need to get back into the swing of things (jogging is not my strong point). :-)0

To get back on the exerise and healthy eating wagon. I just got back from vacation and the week after vacation is always super tough...it's like a mini-depression hits after all the fun of vacation. So this week, exercise at least three days. I'm not worrying about length of time or how strenuous (walking vs. running) because I just need to get over the hump of getting going again.0

1. To step foot in a dance studio for the first time in 12 years! Taking an adult ballet class every Thursday starting this week
2. Really ramp up the workouts this week. Need to feel good in a really slinky dress for a wedding this weekend! I'm going for a burn of 400-500cals every day this week til wedding on Saturday.0 -
To try to eat more fruit, and to get in one more treadmill workout (at least a 30 min workout).
Eventually I want to be able to drop my calorie goal down to 1400 a day, from 15000 -
lose aleast half (hopefully all ) of the 4 lbs I gained over the holiday week.0

How did everyone's week start?? MINE was GREAT!! I did my usual workout in the morning and at lunch I went to the gym at my work and did a quick 25 minutes of cardio!!0

Loose two pounds to hit my goal weight for my friend's wedding on Saturday!0

did my crunches. had a power outage at work and ended up having to work through lunch. stayed under my calorie goal0

keep squat performance on par from last week, and make up for horrendous deadlift session last week.0

Complete day 2 (bench, push-ups) & 3 (squats) of my reverse pyramid strength training program, along with 2 days of iso glute work. 2-3 45 minute cardio sessions. Stay between 1500 - 1800 cals per day. Water & Sleep.0
