:blushing: I need to lose 80lbs, to be in the "healthy" range. Food consumption is some of my issue, but, it's mostly that I do not contiously exercise due to extreme fatigue =(....does anyone have solutions like a supplement that may help?

Protein -> eat more of it. Also, Complex carbohydrates such as whole wheat pasta, potatoes and green leafy veggies. These are super foods that will give you long lasting energy throughout the day. Drink lots of water and just stay focused on your goal. Make small goals for yourself...such as, lose 10 lbs first. Don't think about the 80 lb mark yet, make small goals that will be easier for you to reach at first. Good luck!0

Welcome aboard. Exercise as much as you can and with reduced calories, the resulting weight loss should make exercise easier. I am not an MD and if you have health issues that cause the fatigue you should probably visit your physician.0

Have you ever had your Vitamin D level tested? I was having the same problem and my doctor kept thinking it was my thyroid. (Thyroid problems run in my family) My vitamin D level was 14. Way too low. This was about a year ago. I now take D-3 10,000 IU a day. Per doctor's orders. This is a vitamin that you get from liver, sunshine etc. I work 52 hours a week in an office. Wife and mother of 3 grown children. No I don't get enough sunshine. But, vitamin D has helped. It's cheap and worth a try if you don't get enough outdoor time. That and make sure you get enough protein. Good luck add me as a friend if you'd like, I've got 60+ to loose.0

Welcome aboard! You Can Do This!!!
One suggestion, keep an eye on your caffiene intake for the day as well...try to limit it to start. You dont have to eliminate it (Lord KNows I cant) but, limiting what you have and when could help as well.
The Protein and the Complex Carbs are a must! Once you start drinking more water and eliminate the "bad" things that you shouldnt eat and adding a little bit of moving in with it, your energy should increase.
I also agree you should talk with your doctor! Tell him/her what you are experiencing, tell them what you want to do and see what they suggest. They may just give you a full check-up/check-over and lab work jsut to see if there are any other things going on. It is better to start off knowing then get into something that you shouldnt be doing.
GOOD LUCK and feel free to add me for support!0
