I would say either vegetable oil or REAL sugar....
I am having a hard time to decide..
With vegetable oil...you can fry anything and it won't add the 200 to 500 extra calories...

Everything tastes good with butter in it...All the baked goods I like tastes so good with BUTTER0 -
carbs in general...this isnt a very healthy convo to be having by the way...a chunky monkey like myself could come on here and have a relapse thinking about bad food. :laugh:0
