Potatoes.
And since potatoes are calorie free then Fries, mash, perogies, latkas, gnocci , shepards pie and a bunch of other things I'd cook would be either calorie free OR really low cal!0 -

for all you pizza people u need to make this its only about 300 cals for the whole pizza depending on what you put on it - i invented it when i was on Weight Watchers and all the girls loved it!
all you need is a large wrap/ tortilla - i found warburtons square ones worked best
20g grated cheese
200g tinned tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
then what ever toppings u want to add ontop.
Reduce the tomatoes on the hob + add crushed garlic and mixed herbs, put wrap on baking sheet + add reduced toms, toppings then sprinkle with cheese, put in oven on a medium heat for 15 mins.
Bobs ur uncle Fannies ur aunt you gotta yummy pizza type concotion.

Panera Cinnamon Crunch Bagel (or any Panera pastry really...) and Carmel Latte! I would eat it EVERY freakin' morning!!
Their Bear claws are amazing...I usually end up getting oatmeal-also good but...not the same.
Along those lines, the pumpkin bread from Starbucks...mmmm
If you like pumpkin bread try this I got the recipie from a friend on weight watchers and they are amazing. I usually add pumpkin pie spice to add more pumpkin flavor. I bring these into work when everyone in on a diet they love them.
Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) cans pumpkin 1 (18 ounce) boxes Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake Mix 3/4 cup water nonstick cooking spray Directions
Mix pumpkin, cake mix, and water together with a hand mixer.
Divide batter into sprayed muffin tins. (I use an ice cream scoop for ease).
Bake at 350* for 18-22 minutes or until the muffins "spring back" when lightly touched.

There are so many different combinations to choose from too. :bigsmile:0 -
Are those mini muffins or the regular sized ones?0

Wine. And alcohol in general.

Pizza. Nuff said.0

alcohol. Already mentioned but literally I more senselessly drink rather than eat. I can control my eating.0

Are those mini muffins or the regular sized ones?
If you are asking me they are regular sized one. I used to make the cupcakes but now I just make a 9x12 sheet cake and cut it into 24 pieces. Even if you eat two servings it is still less than 200 calories and they are very filling for me.0 -
Nothing. The calories help keep me accountable for what I eat... otherwise I'd eat *kitten* all day and miss out on all the awesome (healthy) new foods I've tried.0
