    its soooo good. it tastes like frosting. mmm

    Kale Chips- homemade. Spray with cooking spray, and add as much spice (cayenne, lemon pepper, etc). Minimally add salt to taste, bake in oven 350 degrees for 10-15 min. Replacement for potato chips!

    Also, seaweed chips are so good too (10 sheets for 23 cals), but the store bought brands are high in sodium so just limit yourself.
