Indestructible- Disturbed. It has a heavy beat, and kind it's of fast-but not so fast that I can't keep up.

    ^^ this one too

"Rosa Parks" by Outkast...something about the beat just keeps me going

I also LOVE "Til I Collapse" by Eminem...because sometimes during cardio I feel like collapsing lol. The lyrics are personal for me

Love the Eminem song too. Just downloaded it and it helps me keep a good pace while running.

    Stronger by Kanye West

This, The New Workout Plan by Kanye West, and S&M by Rihanna.

Which is funny because overall I can't stand Kanye, and, though I love Rihanna, I'm not into S&M in real life

    Amerie: "Gotta Work"
    - amazing beat, groove, and super motivating lyrics "sometimes ya gotta work hard for it" is in the chorus

    Beyonce: "Get Me Bodied"
    - ditto, great beat/rhythm and lyrics, including chorus "a little sweat ain't ever hurt nobody" :-)

Funny you mention Eminem. I actually have an entire Eminem playlist just for long runs. His beats (no pun on Dre intended) are great for running. Here are a few from that playlist.

    Till I Collapse
    WTP
    Never Enough
    Say What You Say
    When the Music Stops
Ridaz (usually the fastest song in my playlist)

I tend to listen to Pandora's 90s hard rock station when I work out, so a lot of Disturbed and Fuel.

KidRock, GnR, Buckcherry, Red Jumpsuit......Slow peaceful BNL songs are great for a cool down and too calm your soul after you just worked off all your aggressions.

Flirtin With Disaster - Molly Hatchett. The music REALLY kicks loose at one point and I almost exploded my heart on the ellipticals the first time it came up.

    also...

You and Me and the Bottle makes 3 - Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
I wanna be like you - Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Groove is in the Heart - Dee Lite
Jungle Boogie - Kool & the Gang
Pump up the Volume - M.A.A.R.S
Beer - The Reverand Horton Heat
Tom Sawyer - Rush. Extra points if it comes on while I'm slowing down from the effort, instaboost.
