    God is definitely in our plan...I just posted yesterday that I am so down, not ready to quit, but just really down because I've been at this for 11 mos straight and I have only lost 20 lbs. I have medical reasons why it's taking so long, but it's still discouraging at times. Then, today I'm checking the message boards and there is your post! It's like it was directed at me!
