    Great work!!!! Keep spreading the word! A few of my friends and family members have followed my example, too. I feel much better, physically and mentally, after losing weight, and I want others to share the hope and joy with others, too. The "secret" is to get started and stick with it. It takes hard work, which gets easier as your fitness improves, but this website, along with support from my fitness pals, made getting in shape easier than I expected. This way was so much simpler than going on a diet. I tried dieting a couple of times and quickly gave up. Enjoy your renewed body and stay active!
