Shoulder stretches - suggestions needed :)

Hi All!
My fiance is having issues with his right shoulder...I know it's due to the desk he now sits at on a daily basis for work... I'd like to get him to the chiro, but his insurance just doesn't cover it and we really don't have the extra funds to pay for it out of pocket (hopefully we will down the road) His company also has crud for ergonomics assistance. (Unlike mine with an ergonomics dept who help you rearrange your desk and will get you a new chair or standing stations if needed)
I think adding some stretches will help loosen the muscle that tightens up as he sits at his desk 9 hours a day. Does anyone have any suggestions for good shoulder stretches? Or is there a good online resource for stretches?
Really appreciate your assistance!

THANK YOU! I know I could probably use it too, since I have a crappy neck and shoulder. :laugh:0
