2.5 lb lost in 2 days ,fluid?

Very intensive exercise and less food eaten? is any of this fat or is it all fluid?. This was on waking up,not immediately after exercise.

  • Thanks,what would you recommend? not been a very nutty person,how about dates? raisins?.
  • I personally hate dried fruits, Just see what works for you. If I'm keen for a snack I go to fruit and if I am still hungry or want a light snack I treat myself to popcorn with a touch of sea salt (no buttter).
