Hey guys,
I'm just wondering how everyone else logs a 30 day shred workout? Do you try and split up the cardio and strength training parts or what?

i've completed the 30-day shred twice. it's not in the database, so i named it and just plug in my time and calorie burn from my heart rate monitor. pretty nice burn from that workout. i recommend it to anyone looking to increasing their overall strength.0

I was logging it as circuit traning, general but now have a HRM so have created one for 30DS :-)0
