    Hey guys. I am guilty of going past my fridge curfew ( 6 pm) and often have my pantry open at 9-12 looking for something to munch on with my boyfriend. He's a skinny bugger so it doesn't matter much for him anyway (support would be nice though).

    OKAY. So there was a point in my weight loss last winter where I stopped at 6 pm after school/break at work and then ate a good breakfast (400 kcal of health and protein) the next morning. I lost 6-10 pounds in a month. It really does make a difference on your overall weight, water retention, metabolism, and it eliminates food-hangovers from it all settling in your stomach over night.

    I'm setting an alarm for tomorrow night as we speak. I'm starting this again...a good decision.
