God yes, I'm bored out of my mind right now. I'll have a gander! Should be more fun looking at yours than mine0

You have to make your food diary open to the public for us to see it. Right now we can't.0

I put in a friend request in case you only had it open to friends - either that or you can just open it up to the GP like mine is0

I would say try adding some more fruits and veggies, also try and get some protein into your breakfast Looking pretty good though, try and get rid of the coke if possible!

Do you really not eat dinner? Something small in the evening may help - also a couple of things - you seem pretty carb heavy in food choices. Maybe switch some of that out for some lean protein? That would help you feel full longer and would keep blood sugars more level. Not all, just some. Also, 1200 calories isn't very much. Are you stalled on losing?0

I would add some more protien (in my opinion), also you have a high amount of sodium kicking on a daily basis. Maybe you could pop your own popcorn or try a low sodium boars head variety. I have the same problem with my sodium intake but when I am really careful with it i almost always wake thinner.0

IMHO, you need more protein. It will fill you up, but not make you feel bloated like carbs can.0

What are some things that i can eat for protein?0

Tuna, eggs or egg whites, chicken breast, low fat string cheese. Nuts are excellent plus have healthy fats. Peanut butter, please, please don't get low fat. Small amounts of regular or natural peanut butter are good for you. Or almond butter. I'll come up with more. Give me time!0

Just a thought... you may want to track your sodium levels, too. Sodium levels are one of the biggest eye-openers I've had on MFP, and it can really effect the weight-loss process. I keep my sodium levels at a max of 1830 mg per day. Hope that helps :flowerforyou:0

I think you need to get more fruits, veggies, and yes, as mentioned, protein in your diet. Also, maybe a more balanced breakfast and dinner.....
Try focusing on including more for now not excluding, until you build a habit of eating healthful foods, and you may find that you don't really need all that fried stuff .0
