I'm with you on that one. I find a lot of joy in exercise so I tend to get lost in it.0

I haven't give up on any foods yet, and I will never restrict any foods. All things in moderation.
I haven't worked out for more than 60 minutes a day yet, although I would if I was training for a 10k run or something. But for everyday maintaining my body weight/composition, I will never work out for more than an hour a day. I rather spend time with my family.
I will never wake up early for exercise because I am a night owl.
I will never say I can't do something because if there is a will, there is a way.0 -

Give up beer. It's not a daily thing, but I could never give it up for a week or more. I like my beer. Probably the worst thing ever, but I make other sacrifices so I can have beer0

In the past I have done very unhealthy things to get down to an anorexic bmi. I will never again do the things that I did then to my body. I WILL treat it with respect and love.
Also, never giving up diet soda. Gotta have my caffeine.0 -
